Corrections are the most useful thing anyone sends. Every figure here is traceable to the provision it comes from, which means an error is findable — and the fastest way to find one is somebody reading the page against the instrument. If you are writing about a figure, the reply is much quicker if you say which page it was on, what it said, and what you believe the correct position is. A link to the provision on the legislation website is ideal; where a schedule has been amended since we read it, that is exactly the kind of thing an individual reader notices before we do.

What we cannot do is look at your case. Not because of a policy, but because there is nothing to look at: this site holds no records, has no connection to NZTA, NZ Police or any court, and does not ask for a notice reference, a driver licence number or a plate. It could not check your position even if you sent one, and it will not guess at it from a description. The authority on your case is the body named on the notice you were sent, and for your own driver record it is NZTA.
